The Pastry Queen India 2026 (5th Edition) serves as a professional training ground for elite international events, combining high-stakes competition with a showcase of the talent and vision of the next generation of female pastry chefs. Organized by Bakery Review at the IHE Expo, the event's core objective is to foster a sense of belonging and goodwill while upholding the sector's values of passion, creativity, and collaboration. This year’s theme, "The Dance of Birds," challenges participants to translate the elegance and rhythm of nature into technical mastery, offering a constructive vision for the future of the international pastry-making sector. Competition Overview

The Challenge: Participants must execute a complete buffet featuring an artistic showpiece (min. 120 cm), a chocolate entremet, a plated dessert, street food with innovative packaging, and a leavened breakfast product.

Eligibility: Open to female professional pastry chefs of Indian nationality, aged 20 or older, with at least 3 years of professional experience.

Event Schedule: The competition takes place 5 & 6 August 2026 at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.
